Ensure that AppleTV is plugged in and connected to your TV.
Ensure that your iPhone / iPad / iPod and AppleTV are connected to the same wireless network.
Ensure that AppleTV is activiated. If not: Activate Airplay on AppleTV: Settings –> Airplay (on)
Start like this:
Open the control center on your IOS device by swiping upward on the touch screen. Swipe again from right to left. In this view, you can now select AppleTV as your
viewing device on the lower edge of the screen.
Return to the standard view in the control center by swiping from left to right.
Select
AppleTV again. You may be prompted to enter a code which will be shown on the screen of your TV.
Now open your browser (e.g. Safari) and start a video of your choice on the takt1 website.
Requirements:
Make sure that you are using at least an AppleTV of the second generation and one of the following devices:
an iPhone 4 or newer
an iPad 2 or newer
an iPod Touch 5 or newer
Is everything set-up correctly?
AppleTV is connected to your TV and a power outlet.
AppleTV and your Mac are connected to the same wireless network.
Make sure that Airplay is activated on both AppleTV and the Mac.
If not: Activate Airplay on AppleTV by going to Settings -> AirPlay (on)
Activate Airplay on your Mac by going to System Preferences -> Displays -> and activate the "Show mirroring options in the menu bar when available" check box.
Start like this:
Click on the Airplay symbol on your Mac (top menu bar), and select AppleTV.
With one more click, you can decide whether the television will function as a duplicate monitor, or as an extension of the screen of your Mac.
Open your browser (e.g. Safari) and start a video of your choice on the takt1 website.
If you are using the television as a screen extension, you will need to drag the
browser window onto your television. To do this, simply push it off the edge of the Mac screen. This usually works by pushing it off of the right hand side of the screen, though depending on your Mac’s configuration, it may be the left hand side.
Start the video of your choice in your browser on the takt1 site.

with OS version 10.8 (Lion) or newer
Is everything set-up correctly?
Your Roku device is connected to your TV and a power outlet.
Your Roku device is connected to the internet.
Start like this:
Using your Roku remote, open the Roku Channel Store.
Navigate to "Music", here you will find the takt1 app.
Download and install the takt1 app for free.
After opening the takt1 app, you can log in using your takt1 account.
Select a video from the media library - or watch a live stream.
Please note: With the takt1 app on Roku, you only have access to all the exclusive live streams and videos on demand as well as all the other Premium content.
Make sure that the microphone permissions on your smartphone or tablet are set to
allow access to Chromecast. (Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Services -> Permissions -> Microphone: on
for Chromecast)
Make sure that your smartphone and Chromecast are connected to the same
wireless network, and with each other. You may be prompted to enter a code on your Android device which will appear on your TV screen.
Requirements:
Make sure that you have Android version 4.4.2 or higher installed on your
smartphone or tablet, and that the power saving mode is deactivated.
You will need to have an up-to-date version of the Google Home App installed (available via the Google Play Store or at http://ChromeCast.com/setup).
Start like this:
Activate screencasting for your smartphone or tablet on your TV (Chromecast app
menu -> Cast Screen / Audio)
Select a video on the takt1 website via your smartphone / tablet browser.
Is everything set-up correctly?
Make sure that your TV and the computer are connected correctly.
Ensure that your PC or Mac and Chromecast are connected to the same wireless network.
Start like this:
Open the video of your choice on the takt1 website in the Chrome browser.
Right click next to the video.
Select the “Cast” option.
A small window or menu will appear. Under "Select Source", choose the "Cast tab" option and select the Chromecast device you want to cast to.
Start the video and enjoy!
